The Gathering Place

The Gathering Place is an executive Disney vacation home that has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, games room, fully screened in swimming pool, spa, and lanai. This fully air-conditioned Orlando vacation home is located less than 2 miles from the Disney theme parks and is situated in Windsor Hills, a gated resort community.

With its impressive entrance and manned gatehouse, you enter to find a delightful sub tropical landscape surrounding the Windsor Hills resort and club house offers an array of complimentary amenities available to all guests staying at this Orlando vacation home. You can stay in shape in the state-of-the-art fitness room. The popular club house at Windsor Hills provides the perfect place to sit around the resort lagoon pool, kids fountain play area, slides, water jets, spa pool and hot-tub - and sun yourself as you meet other guests and families. Kids of all ages will want to stop at the video games room, or play pool or ping-pong in the club house. There's an on-site private cinema for guests that has regular showings of popular and recent family friendly movie releases.

Outside of the club house, you'll find picnic and barbecue stands, and a kids tot-lot. There's even a sundry shop in the club house if you run short of sun block or need a drink and a snack. A little ways in to Windsor Hills you will find a fabulous "Castle" play area for the kids - that they'll want to return to again and again. If you want to burn off some calories - or to keep active while you stay at one of our Windsor Hills vacation homes, Orlando vacation condos, or Windsor Hills town homes - be sure to book and use the on-site tennis courts, basketball, or the soft and sandy volleyball court. Windsor Hills is ideally located for fantastic vacations on Disney's doorstep, with some of the best shops and restaurants in Central Florida just a couple of minutes away on the famous highway 192 strip, and Disney less than 2 short miles from this Orlando vacation home.

This 2,500 sq. ft., fully air conditioned "dream-come-true" has luxurious furnishings and is professionally decorated throughout. Your every need has been anticipated. Your own fully screened and optionally heated 28ft x 14ft pool, with an adjoining Jacuzzi/spa. If you desire the shade, there's a 22ft x 10ft covered lanai. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and alarms.

The great room at this spacious Orlando vacation home is perfect for watching your favorite shows on the large screen TV, with DVD, VCR, and Sony Play Station. Just sit down and relax on the sumptuous sofas in the great room or in the living room/library. There's a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with adjoining dining room. Enjoy yourself in your private game room (featuring pool table, air hockey and Foosball among other diversions).

This vacation rental home is designated non-smoking and no pets. The first floor is barrier free. Children are protected by safety locks, safe outlets, pool alarm, and other safety features.

Please note that trucks, commercial vehicles, campers, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, motor homes, house trailers, trailers of every other description, boats, jet skis (or other similar watercraft) boat and other watercraft trailers, horse trailers or vans shall not be permitted to be parked or to be stored at any place on the property, or in the Windsor Hills resort.
