Lovely 4 bedroom, two bathroom villa with pool and pond outlook situated in the quiet, mainly residential estate of Woodridge on H 27 one mile north of the junction with H 192.
Our home extends to almost 1900 sq ft and all the main living areas are tiled. The only carpets are to be found in the bedrooms and if cleanliness is a major concern then you need have none about our home.
The main living area has two and three seater sofas and coffee table. The stereo TV is 32” with satellite programming and a VCR/DVD. The kitchen has a dining table and chairs and is fully equipped. The utility room runs off the kitchen and has a washing machine and tumble drier, hoover etc. The formal living area has a table and chairs and two and three seater sofas. In truth, most people use the kitchen and patio for the purposes of eating and relaxing – the patio has a table and chairs and looks onto the pond and woods. The main living area leads onto the patio and the patio doors are protected by an alarm to prevent little children from gaining access to the patio and pool without their parents knowing.
The bedrooms are all of a good size. The two smallest are each 11’ x 11’ and have twin beds. The second largest bedroom is 14’ x 11’ and has a full-size bed and a TV/VCR. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a TV and VCR. The master bedroom has a bath and large shower and a huge walk-in closet. All the bedrooms have a walk-in closet. All the TVs have their own satellite boxes and kids can watch one channel in a bedroom and adults another in the main living area. In fact, the way our home is laid out is good for putting the kids in one room well away from parents! Ours are 9 and 13 so we speak from experience.
