football and entertainment center). The rear of the property backs onto a park with a children's play area
which is circled by trees and shrubs.
There is a large private pool with an attractive waterfall feature, a large decking area, patio furniture &.
BBQ .The pool area is fully screened and in cooler months there is an electric pool heater which is available
at an additional cost.
