Villa Balmoral

For the ultimate resting experience, the Grand Master is a spacious, elegantly designed bedroom that boasts a King Size (6ft) bed, 25" Cable TV and ceiling fan. An archway leads into the luxurious en suite bathroom consisting of 'his & hers' vanity basins, a large walk-in shower, seperate WC, an oval Roman bath and two spacious walk-in closets.

Master Bedroom Two and Bedroom Three are located on the first floor, both benefitting from ceiling fans, en suite facilities and clock radios. Master Bedroom Two has a cable TV and direct pool access via patio doors.

These two second floor bedrooms each sleep two people in twin beds and contain a nightstand with lamp, built in wardrobes and cable TV. Ceiling fans with light have also been installed for your comfort.

The formal lounge is situated at the the front of the villa, on your right as you enter. It contains a queen size sofa bed and love seat. The formal dining area is adjacent to the lounge and contains a table that seats six or ten with it extended. There is also a downstairs powder room for your convenience.

Catering is made easy by the fully fitted kitchen with large cooker, built in microwave/extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and waste disposal unit. There is a breakfast bar with three bar stalls and seating for four in the breakfast area.

The lovely double story family room can be overlooked by the second floor balcony. This exceptionally bright and airy room provides access to the pool area via triple sliding door. For your entertainment, there is a large 32" cable TV, DVD/VHS combo (with a DVD library) and Music Centre. Also included is a computer with FAX/printer and wireless internet access.

An outstanding feature of the villa is the large lanai (approx. 28ft by 10ft) which has an overhead ceiling fan and light for those balmy Florida nights with luxury padded poolside furniture which consists of a large hexagonal table that seats eight and four sun loungers. The pool and spa can be heated (recommended during the Winter months at additional cost) to suit your needs. There is also an external shower on the decking area and a child safety fence.

The Sanctuary at West Haven is situated on the county road 54, easily accessed from the Interstate 4 and Highway 27. The villa is situated literally 12 minutes drive from Disney and 8 minutes from 192. After leaving the interstate 4 at junction 58 (old 24), head through the impressive Champions Gate entrance. The villa is 2 miles from this point. Drive to the end of the boulevard, make a right turn, and after less than 1 mile West Haven will appear on the left.

Villa Balmoral has a traditional red-stone paved driveway with an impressive yellow painted stone fascia. Leading to the villa is a private tree lined boulevard. The actual entrance to The Sanctuary is through coded security gates to ensure your exclusive comfort at all times. All the gardens, trees and shrubbery are exceptionally manicured.
