Our professionally furnished two story, 3,000 Square Feet home, is located in 'Sunrise Lakes', only a 10 minute drive to Disney World and close to all the other major Orlando attractions.
On the ground floor there is; a Formal Sitting Area with a professional Pool Table, a Family Room with Big Screen Cable TV with DVD & a CD stereo system, a Dining Area, a fully equipped Kitchen and a Laundry Room with washer & dryer.
There is a Desk & Chair for guests who bring their laptop with a Broadband Internet Connection, a printer and 'Free, Unlimited' local, long distance & International telephone calls.
The garage contains a games area with foosball, air hockey and basketball.
The bedroom configuration consists of: on the lower floor:a Queen Bedroom with a bathroom next door; on the second floor: a King Master Suite, a King Bedroom, 2 Queen Bedrooms and 1 Twin Bedroom all with Cable TV/DVD. Also on the second floor is a Full Bathroom.
The heated swimming pool & spa have great views over a conservation area and there is a covered lanai for those guests that like a bit of shade.
Within Sunrise Lakes there is a community swimming pool, a small Cabana and a children's playground. Within a few minutes drive of the home there is a Supermarket and an excellent choice of shops & restaurants.
