You simply WILL NOT FIND BETTER VALUE than this private 4 bedroom home very close to Walt Disney World Orlando Florida! Enjoy luxury accommodations at family affordable rates (far cheaper than hotels) and SAVE your money for Disney! About 5 miles west of Disney World, close to all the famous Orlando and Central Florida attractions and about 25 minutes drive to Orlando International Airport. About 1 hour drive to either Atlantic coast, Cape Kennedy or Gulf coast, Tampa.
RATES 2009: All-Inclusive (US Dollars): Regular Season $575/week (minimum booking $295/3 nights, extra nights $70). Summer Season $650/week (minimum booking $325/3 nights, extra nights $83). Holiday Season $750/week (minimum booking 1 week). Snowbirds Any Season $1650/month, regardless of holidays (minimum booking 4 weeks, extra nights $59). We do not rent by the day except for extra days added to bookings. Regular Season is anytime of the year except Summer Holiday Season June 24 to August 28 or Holiday Season Easter Week, Christmas December 18 to January 7. These prices include everything. Thats it - no gimics, surprise hidden or extra charges whatsoever!
RESERVATIONS: Before contacting us, PLEASE FIRST CHECK THE TIME YOU WANT IS ACTUALLY AVAILABLE by clicking on the 'Availability Calendar'. A deposit of $100 per each week is required by money order, cheque, Email Money Transfer or PayPal (gladly refunded if no vacancy is available to suit you, or you cancel later and the resulting vacancy gets filled). Balance with customary refundable $200 security deposit is payable 4 weeks before occupancy. The security deposit will be returned to you upon the usual satisfactory inspection of our home after your departure.

Luxurious sleeping accommodations provided for 8 (maximum) in 4 bedrooms; master bedroom with 1 queen size bed and ensuite bath, another master bedroom with 1 queen size bed and 2 more bedrooms each with 2 twin size beds (total 6 beds in 4 bedrooms). Children's bedrooms are in Disney themes (Minnie for girls, Mickey for boys). 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, almost new detached home with high vaulted cathedral ceilings, fully screened and furnished patio, gas barbecue, clothes washer and dryer, 32" TV with DVD and VCR player, radios with CD and cassette tape players, forced air central heating and air conditioning, all appliances, dishes, utensils, towels and linens (everything new in 2000 or later). Car seats, stroller, high-chairs, playpen for baby. Luxuriously furnished in a pleasant tropical Florida and Disney decor and equipped with everything you will need for a perfect vacation. No stairs or steps has proven to provide quite reasonable wheelchair access. |

Flood-lighted tennis court (we provide 4 racquets, etc.), play ground, picnic tables and barbecues, boat launch ramp, boat finger docks, long large main dock with comfortable seats to relax and enjoy the refreshing lake breezes and fishing. Only a short walk (next door) to Polo Park/Esprit golf course, a short drive to so many more (a golfer's vacation heaven, over 200 courses in Orlando area). A short walk to several new local stores, bank and restaurants and a very short drive 1 or 2 miles to Public Library for free books, CDs, DVDs and free Wifi hi-speed Internet access (either on library PCs or on your own WiFi laptop or Blackberry device inside during normal hours or in parking lot anytime 24/7), also outside Cafe a short walk away. Close to many new malls with super-stores and restaurants, some always open 24/7 (like new Wal-Mart). |
