This luxury villa has a 42 plasma TV in living room, DVD player and surround sound system. Living area is furnished with comfortable leather sofas, tables lamps, ceiling fan etc. The adjoining dining room has a very nice large table of dark wood with inlaid sections and quality seats for 6 guests. There is further table and seating for 4 in the breakfast nook overlooking the pool deck area. There is also a high chair and pack n play crib for infants at the home.
The air conditioned and carpeted games room comes complete with 8 ft pool table with trendy stainless steel lighting, foosball and PlayStation 2 with flat-screen TV and pretty cool gaming player seating with built in speakers etc.
