Our newly built villa in 2005 is in the executive development at Sandy Ridge. This is in a quiet development surrounded by conservation woodland but is only under 15 minutes drive from the Disney theme parks. Its convenient location also means that you can reach Universal Studios in less than 30 minutes and Seaworld in 20 minutes.
The villa is 5 minutes from junction 28 of the I4 at the Champions gate exit. These are your nearest shops including supermarket, pharmacist, fast food and petrol station. Only a little further and you have available the many shops and restaurants on the 192 highway.
Our villa is a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom property with almost 1800 square feet of living accommodation. It is on a wide plot with conservation woodland views to the rear and has a 30' x 15' luxury swimming pool which has optional heating. The pool is west facing giving excellent exposure to the sun and is ideal to come home to and relax after a busy day out. There are sun loungers, patio table and chairs for your enjoyment with covered lanai and ceiling fan.
There are two master bedrooms both with en-suite facilities and two twin bedrooms with their own bathroom. One master bedroom has a queen sized bed and walk in wardrobe and the other has a king sized bed and all bedrooms have ample built in wardrobe space. We have a cot and high chair available if required.
