Our 4th floor condo has a spectacular beach-front view of the Gulf of Mexico! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sports floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and beautiful beach-front views from the master bedroom while providing you with a comfortable 1050sf of living space. This unit will comfortably sleep 8 guests.
Open the front door to our unit and you will see across the open room through the expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows to our ocean front balcony with the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico just beyond! As you walk in, the fully equipped kitchen is immediately to your left offering all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Just past the kitchen, we have a dining table with seating for four and seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. Past the dining area, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, 2 lounge chairs, and a television and stereo. Between the kitchen and living area is the hallway to access our two full bathrooms and two bedrooms. Turn right to see one bedroom with two full/double beds and plenty of closet and storage space. Turn left to enter the master bedroom with king bed, cable TV, full bath, as well as huge wall-to-wall windows for your ocean front view! The master bedroom also has a separate door to access the balcony. Our unit has a FULL SIZE washer and dryer in the kitchen, so you can pack light and stress-free!
Enjoy coffee every morning on our balcony watching the sunrise over the ocean and the white, sandy beach from our gulf front view.
We want our Panama City condo to feel like home to you. We provide you with linens, towels, cooking utensils, hand soap, a starter supply of toilet paper, dishwashing and laundry detergent.
Our condo has one reserved covered parking space just steps from the building entrance with additional, uncovered parking available (please contact us for additional parking as you must have a parking pass to get through the security gate).
