Pineapple Place is a small, well-kept property with one and two bedroom apartments just across Ocean Blvd. from one of South Florida's award-winning public beaches with lifeguards, a fishing pier and lighthouse. We are nationaly rated as a Superior Small Lodging. Enjoy our swimming pool, BBQ area and tropical landscaping. A coin laundry is also located on the property.
We are centrally located in the safe, ocean side community of Pompano Beach, 15 minutes North of downtown Fort Lauderdale and 15 minutes South of Boca Raton. Walk to waterfront restaurants, shops, snorkel/dive boats, charter fishing boats, jet ski and boat rentals and more. The closest 36-hole golf facility is a five-minute drive. I-95 is a 10-minute drive for easy access to attractions and shopping throughout South Florida.
Restaurants: some of the best restaurants in all of South Florida are a short walk or drive away. Dozens of really good ones, including plenty of waterfront dining, in all price ranges.
Shopping: walk to local beach shops, banks, ATMs, pharmacies, day spas. Five-minute drive to the new Pompano Citi Centre mall, short drive to many high-end shopping areas lik e trendy Las Olas Boulevard, Boca Raton's Town Centre Mall and Mizner Plaza, also Sawgrass Mills outlet mall, Swap Shop world¹s largest outdoor flea market and Festival Flea Market Mall (huge indoor flea market).
