This newely decorated townhouse is located at Emerald Pointe where the Peace River flows into Charlotte Harbor. The center of Punta Gorda is about a mile from our complex.We are a gated tennis (clay and hard courts) and boating community with a beautiful marina as the focal point of the clubhouse. The clubhouse has a pool,billard room,gym,BBQ area,bike path,shuffleboard,Loung and food service.Our townhouse has its own attached garage,2Br's,2.5 baths and a spacious lanai overlooking the wide canal.It comes fully equiped with a home entertainment system, 3 TV's and a fully equiped kitchen.The unit also has an atrium, a breakfast nook with TV and a dinning room.The townhouse is designer decorated with an oriental theme and is fully equiped with silverware, utensils, appliances and linens. Perfect for the tennis or boating enthuist or for snowbirds looking to just relax and enjoy the beautiful South Florida weather. Sorry no pets or smokers.
