The villa is located in Rotonda on the spectacular south west Gulf Coast of Florida. Our villa is fully air conditioned, tastefully furnished to a very high standard, and can accommodate up to eight people in total comfort. Pine View offers the perfect location for a peaceful relaxing holiday with some of the Gulf Coast’s most beautiful beaches only a short drive away. Our villa is open plan with a beautifully furnished living room which leads to a bright and spacious dining area where you can eat together in total comfort. You can relax and watch TV or a DVD or listen to music in our large, well-equipped family room which overlooks the the golf course and lake; this is a great place to unwind after a hard day at the beach. If you decide you would like to eat at home, the kitchen is equipped with everything you will need and there is a separate laundry room with large washing machine and dryer to make light of any laundry that you wish to do. Relax and chill out beside our large caged, private south west facing pool. It is not overlooked by neighbouring villas and has a spectacular view with a superb pool deck, patio area, shower and bathroom. There is ample room for everyone to relax and sunbathe in comfort and privacy; it is ideal for barbecues and outdoor eating with a luxurious patio table and chairs. There is also a baby barrier around the pool that can be set up to keep small children safe in the pool area. The villa has all you need to enjoy outdoor living including a large gas barbecue, luxury sun loungers, and a selection of pool toys. To make your days on the beach more enjoyable we have provided you with a selection of folding chairs, sun umbrellas, cool boxes, and beach towels. Enjoy the master suite, the largest of the four bedrooms. It has a beautiful view with double width patio doors opening onto the pool. This room is beautifully furnished and has a separate dressing area and spacious master en suite with double Jacuzzi bath and large walk-in shower which gives a real feeling of luxury and pampering. The second double bedroom is a bright spacious room with queen-size bed and large double wardrobe. The third and fourth bedrooms are ideal for kids or adults alike and are comfortable twin rooms complete with double wardrobes.
