ROTONDA VACATION HOUSE RENTAL DESCRIPTION : |

This lovely home is set within Rotonda and backs onto the widest inland waterway called the Rotonda River. It is a spacious home, but has been cleverly furnished so that two people don't feel lost and 10 people can enjoy the facilities! This is a southern style veranda home and as you enter the doorway, you move into the Great Room which has been decorated in soft greens, plums and beige. It is both striking and restful and looks out through large sliding windows to the lanai and pool. To the right is the kitchen and dining area and a door from the kitchen leads to the garage with electrically opening doors. There are two master suites, one with a King size bed and one with a Queen size bed, both with their own bathrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have two singles and share the 3rd bathroom, as does Bedroom 5 with a Queen bed. The den has a sofa bed. The 4th full bathroom is reached via the lanai. There is a very generous sized pool with optional electric pool heat with a removable child safety barrier.
