Each of our units is decorated and equipped to make your stay away from home as comfortable as possible. Two bedroom units are 1,245 sq. ft., have been recently remodeled and can accommodate up to six guests, including children. The 1 bedroom unit, also recently remodeled, is approximately 1,095 sq. ft. and will accommodate up to four guests, including children. Ground floor units have walk out access from the lanai to the path and beach. All buildings have an elevator to upper floors.
Each unit is equipped with three cable TVs, VCRs, DVD players, stereo with CD and tape players, telephone, washer, dryer, ceiling fans and vacuum. Towels and linens are provided and cribs, high chairs, etc. are available for rent. The kitchen is fully equipped including cookware and tableware. Pets are not allowed and we thank you for not smoking.
Whether you are in the kitchen or on the screened lanai, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico beyond the spring fed lagoon, lush tropical island and endless palm trees from Unit C1, a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, ground floor unit. It is newly remodeled with tile floors throughout the living area and bathrooms. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private fenced deck just off the kitchen. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, the guest bedroom has twin beds and the living room sofa is a queen sleeper.
