You're just 19 steps to the beach when you stay in my Gulf Front condo. Renovated from the studs out in 2005, it's just like being in new construction. Interior is decorator-finished with luxurious touches. Screened lanai, living/dining area and master bedroom are all gulf front, so you fall asleep to the sound of the sea. The condo has a full kitchen with gourmet touches so you can entertain at a moment's notice. Complementary wireless internet, washer/dryer in the unit, covered assigned parking and many other amenities make this a perfect home away from home.
We use this condo ourselves so have it equipped with flat screen tv's, dvd players and a VCR. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are stored in the unit's shed for your use.
Friendly on-site staff is in the office from 8:30 to 4 most days to answer questions and solve any problem that might arise. You'll enjoy al fresco dining on the screened lanai or in the palm-shaded picnic area where you'll also find three gas grills. You can rent a bike on site, as well as larger umbrellas. Explore the pond at the back, watch osprey as they come and go from the nesting platform on site, and sort through your shells at the shaded shelling station.
The gulf front pool catches the breezes from the sea and is a fun place to meet other guests and exchange exciting adventures. You can match you skills with family and guests at the tennis court rated the top court on the Island by a tennis pro.
