Queen sleeper in den (den has doors), a screened lanai in front and rear, washer & dryer in unit, eat-in kitchen, garage - and only steps to the pool. Master bedroom has king bed, guest bedroom has twins, 4 TV's (cable), VCR-DVD, CD player, hair dryer, microwave, dishwasher, air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and kitchen items. Transfer of Membership Fee - $200. Membership allows use of all club amenities including golf.
