Beach House w/ Private Pool

Vacation in this lavishly appointed, three-story, non-smoking home and enjoy your own PRIVATE POOL and fish from your own (semi-private)dock. Located on Eastern Lake and just minutes from the beach, the covered decks on each floor provide panoramic ocean and/or lake views. With all the comforts of home, this house is excellent for large groups as it has two master bedrooms with private baths and king beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom on the third floor is perfect for kids, with a set of bunkbeds, a daybed and a trundle bed (4 singles total). The home sleeps 10 in beds or 12 with the sleeper sofa in the private den.

The main level holds a spacious, fully equiped kitchen, a large dining room, a comfortable double living room with TV/DVD,and a private study/den with TV/VCR, featuring a sleeper sofa, so it can double as an extra bedroom. The main floor of the home features a large screened porch overlooking the pool and lake. The second and third floors both have their own covered balconies. The home has a semi-private dock on Eastern Lake that is shared with the home next door.
