Second floor: Master suite with screened porch overlooking pool, second large bedroom, both with private bathrooms.
Third floor: Tower room with open deck, TV/DVD wet bar and mini refrigerator.
Shower off the sand in the large backyard and relax in our private swimming pool (12' x 24'), enjoy the expansive view of the Gulf of Mexico and breathtaking sunsets from the Tower room and adjoining deck. Ride your bikes to Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach, and enjoy the gulf view along the way. Emerald Sun can arrange to have bikes delivered directly to Abracadabra. Shopping and restaurants, casual and upscale, are within walking distance.
There is parking in the driveway for TWO CARS ONLY. Any car on the road left after dark will be towed. No pets or smoking please.
