Directly across from the villa you will find the very large resort pool with clubhouse equipped with games for kids of all ages (ping pong, billiards, air hockey, etc.) This villa grants you access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

The powder-like sand under your feet never gets hot - even on the sunniest of summer days; and for some it provides a cool relief for tired feet while watching the spectacular sunsets every evening. If you are interested in a more active day, Busch Gardens & Adventure Islands Theme park is only 60 minutes away. World class golf courses abound in this region of the Florida coastline; and numerous opportunities are available for those seeking a more culturally enriching vacation.

There are two bedrooms for private sleeping, 1 full and 1 half bath, a fully equipped kitchen and all linens are included. The family room glass sliders open to a screened lanai which is great for early morning coffee or evening relaxation. Rates quoted are for up to 4 adults. (This villa can accommodate 2 children on the sleeper sofa- not recommended for adults.)

This large 2 bedrooms, 11/2 bath vila is approx. 1000 sq. ft. It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, central ac/heat, covered parking, 3 tvs, dvd, free wi-fi in unit!. It has a king size bed, 2 twins, sleeper sofa. This beautifully maintained complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, gameroom, shuffleboard and a scenice beach front courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets.

There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, fishing, tennis, boating, parasailing in the area. Busch Gardens/Disney are a short driving distance. Come visit us at the Island House and make your vacation a most memorable one.
