This beautiful three bedroom beach house 5 miles outside downtown historic St. Augustine is nestled along U.S.
Highway A1A. The house sleeps 6 comfortably but could easily expand to sleep a couple of extra kids too. The
house is newly remodeled and fully furnished and is perfect for a week or two stay at the beach. The house has
neighbors but you can hardly see the other houses around it due to the wonderful foliage in the yard. Lots of
privacy! Convenient to everything you will love this location. Nice quiet beach access directly across the street
and a great view of the entire area from atop the roof sun porch. This house is exactly what you're looking for
to escape to the beach. Day trips could include a historic trip in downtown St. Augustine (the nation's oldest
city). Also Jacksonville, Florida is just 30 minutes north. Visit the Space Coast just South of this location or take
a
trip to the World Golf Village.
