You have direct access to the beach in less than 3 minutes from the condo front door, through a lovely courtyard with 2 large size pools (1 heated) Jacuzzi/hot-tub, gazebo and tennis courts. This is a guarded community with 24 hour security, assigned parking and a visitor's lot. The living area has a 27" Flat screen TV, DVD player and VCR. The tropical decor gives this condo a Key West beachy atmosphere.
This room also features a queen size sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washer and dryer. The master suite has a queen size bed, TV, ceiling fan and an oversized shower in the master bath. The guest room has 2 twin sized beds and a TV with DVD player. The second bath room has a full size tub/shower. The dining area and living room have wood floors and a cathedral ceiling with fans. Several games, DVDs and books are there for your leisure.
There are beach chairs, pails and shovels for the beach goers. This rental is also puppy friendly, a nice quiet end unit on the 3rd floor with elevator. The private beach access is just minutes down a lovely courtyard. And on the back balcony you have the best sunsets in Florida with the palms and a glimpse of the ocean.
