This roomy 3 bedroom 2 bath doublewide is a fantastic
value for anyone looking for a beach vacation in northeast Florida.
Regardless of the season it's always a pleasure to be here. And if you have
a small watercraft, a launch is nearby, and we have a floating dock to tie
up to. The canals lead out to the Intracoastal Waterway great for fishing or
just cruising. The walk to the ocean takes about 10 minutes for the average
person.
All bedlinens and towels are provided, as well as kitchen utensils paper
towels,napkins, spices, some condiments, coffee, sugar etc. Two bedrooms
have twin beds and one is a queen size bed. We have a new stack washer dryer
unit, a water conditioner, two full bathrooms. Cable TV with local stations
about 8 or 9 channels, with a DVD/VCR. Outdoor shower,Tiki bar and the dock.
Paved parking, yard is fenced and landscaped nicely. You'll love it! Call
us.
