Our corner unit is designed to take advantage of the spacious open concept & the Florida view. Master suite has king size bed walk in closet and newly installed bathroom vanity with granite counter top & walk in shower. Guest bedroom has queen size bed + a full. The master suite is at the opposite end of the condo from the guest to insure privacy.
The 14' balcony has electric storm shutters, ceiling fan and lighting, giving you enjoyment no matter what time or weather. Living /dinning room, kitchen, master suite and guest bedroom and balcony all look towards the West for Great Sunset Views. Living room has thin 32" flat screen TV with DVD player. Oversized heated pool & hot tub overlooks Tampa Bay & is only steps from the tower condo lobby.
Your condo is completely set up with Internet access & all the kitchen utensils, bath & bedroom linens supplied. To move in the only item you will is your tooth brush. When not rented we vacation here.
