The dining room table seats at least 6 and has a buffet and is open to the living room.
The living room has a ceilng fan/light, sofa, loveseat, side chair. glider chair, large TV stand with a TV, DVD, games & books. Laundry room with washer/dryer and a sink.
12x20 screened lanai with a table & 4 chairs. 2 car garage/opener Central heat & air conditioning.
$50 Village Resident ID card entitles you to play on the championship golf courses for an additional fee. The Executive Golf Courses are free with the ID card.
