This home is a fully licensed vacation home inspected annually by the City of West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County and the State of Florida for safety and cleanliness. The home is outfitted with hard wired smoke detectors, and fire extinguisher for assured safety.
There is also a separate Coconut Palms Cottage (see our separate listing for the cottage alone 162343) that has another completely stocked gourmet, Cherry wood, Full kitchen with a full bath that also sleeps Two. The separate cottage, just behind the main house, can either be rented along with the main house, or separately from the main house.
