Conroy Cottage was originally built in 1986 with the loft as the bedroom and a great room. In the mid 1990's two bedrooms were added, and in 2007 the deck and other renovations were added by the current owners. Conroy Cottage accommodates a maximum of 6 guests in 2 bedrooms and a loft. It has one bathroom which was totally renovated in July, 2007. Conveniently located just north of Blue Ridge, GA in McCaysville, Conroy Cottage is within walking distance of the Toccoa River and only about 20 minutes from the "Put In" for rafting and kayaking on the Ocoee River, site of the 2006 Olympic Whitewater and Kayaking events.
