   TYBEE ISLAND VACATION COTTAGE RENTAL DESCRIPTION :
 
The Minnow Cottage is situated on same site as the Fish House Cottage but is a smaller, more intimate space. The southern tip of the island is 2 blocks from the Back River Marina, the South boat ramp and fishing pier. It is within walking distance of the local market, several gourmet restaurants and the heart of Tybee's night life. Sit on the comfortable porch and watch the sunrise or sunset. Tin roof and 49 palm trees make a summer shower a symphony.

This house has been home for 10 years to a Savannah family and has just recently been placed in the vacation rental market so there is a real sense of staying with a good friend, not just a sterile rental condo. This is real shabby chic!!!
