Located on the 18th hole of the Fazio golf course, the condo has been
renovated with a new kitchen, appliances and tile. The sliding door in
the bedroom has been removed, and a new window has been added so that
there is much more privacy and security than other similar units.
There is also an air conditioner in the bedroom. Televisions are located
in both the living room and bedroom as well as DVD and VCR players.
The living room couch converts to a queen size bed.
