Perfect for larger groups who don't have to be right on the water. At a 400 foot elevation and 1 mile from shore & town you'll enjoy a slightly cooler temperature and magnificent view of Kailua Bay. Take in the peace, quiet, and beauty of the 2 acre setting in a quiet new subdivision only 5 minutes from shopping, Kailua's restaurants, and the beach.
Perfect home base for enjoying all that the Big Island has to offer. Take day or half day trips to dozens of beaches, mountains, valleys, trails, the volcano, etc. Snorkel, scuba, kayak, surf, golf, shop, dine out, or stay at home all day. We definitely recommend a car for the BIG ISLAND.
While at home play boce, croquet, board and card games. Premium cable with an amazing 50" high-def flat screen tv, surround sound, dvd collection, xbox 360, and more. Full kitchen, laundry, and 2 baths with showers. Other than no dishwasher (sorry), swimming pool, or AC ... if we don't have what you need, we'll get it.
Sleeping for 12 is as follows: 3 regular bedrooms with queen beds, 4 mini bedrooms with twins beds, and 2 double futons. (We've had as man as 17 guests at a time).
The furnishings are tasteful but not lavish. Did I say comfortable, clean, convenient, and affordable?
