The home is a 2 BR fully furnished home that is not shared with other occupants. Comes with high speed internet. The Private Sundance (Altamar) spa (outdoor hot bath with massage jets) is central to the 3 ocean fronting decks. The land is large of about 11,000 sq. ft. The oceanfront although a rocky cliff is about 8 feet above the water and offers a fantastic view that should leave you breathless as soon as you open the front door. Since this is a rocky peninsula, miles of sandy beaches are located just minutes away by foot on either side of this area. This neighborhood's private sandy beach right away is just about 3 houses away (55-100 Naupaka Street). Walking along this beach is virtually deserted (check out the Hawaiian swimming pool at the end of this beach (about a 20 minute walk). The other sandy beach which is about a 15 minutes walk, takes you pass a river and one of the most popular picnic/camping areas on this island.

Or if you are a golfer try one of three golf courses within a 10 minute drive.
For the dare devil in you, Pounder's beach is only about 5 minutes away (its a body surfing beach).
Honolulu (Waikiki) is about 55 minutes away.
