This charming, comfortable and affordable unit is located on the first floor of a Sandpiper Village condo in the beautiful gated community resort of Princeville, Kauai on the tropical North Shore.The best beaches on Kauai are located here. The one bedroom unit has beautiful carpets throughout as well as a newly re-decorated living room with free DSL in the unit. The full kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, flatware and cooking utensils. The bathroom features a full sized tub. The spacious bedroom features a king sized bed and separate access to a large private lanai. Relax in the evening and enjoy cable TV/DVD in the living room and in the bedroom as well.The living room has a sofa bed. For your added convenience there is a washer and dryer in the unit. This unit is less than 100 yards from a lovely large pool and Jacuzzi with Weber gas grills. The unit comes completely furnished and is ready for a pleasant stay. A safe is not provided in the unit for the safekeeping of your valuables. Do not leave your valuables unattended in the unit as the owner will not be responsible for any loss.

You can kayak up nearby rivers to beautiful waterfalls. You can also hike the Kalalau Trail on the Napali Coast which is located in Hanalei, only a short drive for your condo. There, you'll find breathtaking views of mountains, waterfalls and the ocean. The North Shore of Kauai has some of the most beautiful scenery found anywhere in the world.

| AIRPORT INFORMATION : |

After picking up a rental car at the Lihue Airport in Kauai, proceed on the only highway north (right turn at the first red light after leaving the airport) towards Princeville (about 25 miles away). When your about two miles away from the turn-in to Princeville (its a guard gate but you don't have to stop), you will pass a small airport on your left. When you are about a mile from the turn-in, you'll pass the Princeville Golf Course on your right. Do not turn right into the Golf facility but keep going for about a mile until you see the main entrance to Princeville and gate on the right side. Turn into the entrance of Princeville. You will be on Ka Haku Rd which is the main drive in Princeville (it ends at the world class Princeville Hotel, about 1 mile away). You will find the Sandpiper Village about mile from the entrance and located on the right side of the main road on the corner of Ka Haku Rd and Pepelani Loop. |
