The living room, with a Queen-sized sofa bed, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen, also includes a glass top dining room table with marble base and four stuffed wicker chairs, a fully furnished kitchen with a new glass top stove, dishwasher and large refrigerator.
The condo also contains overhead plantation fans in every room, two cable T/V's, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, a CD player and VCR and an oversized washer and dryer in the unit. The unit comes completely furnished with all kitchen appliances including a built in microwave located over the stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and flatware. Our one bedroom condo also has new wall to wall carpets throughout with new tile on the lanai and it has a living room that was recently upgraded with new sofa and chairs upholstery and it has great tropical landscaping located around the lanai and just outside the living room windows. A safe is not provided in the unit for the safekeeping of your valuables. Do not leave your valuables unattended in the unit as the owner will not be responsible for any loss.
