The home is a 825 sq. ft 1 bed/ 1 bath home completely turn key inside and out. Open floor plan include gourmet kitchen, dinning room and living room. Seperate bathroom and service area.

The bedroom has a king size bed, and french doors that offer a view of the grounds and the ocean beyond. Park your car in the garage with locked storage box for sports gear, luggage, ect. Home owners live in a seperate home on an adjacent 7,000 sq ft parcel.
