Directly across the street from our 4 bedrooms and 5 baths rental home is the new 70-acre Town Park, which is the only public park on Hilton Head Island featuring ball parks, walking trails, tennis and basketball courts and a fenced dog park. You can also board the free shuttle to beach, which is just 100 yards away, for indulging in your favorite beach sport. This Hilton Head Island home is also near a golf course, where you can test your golfing skills. For your indoor comfort and convenience, we have a deck and a fenced-in heated pool with a gas grill. Additionally, outside as well as inside shower is there for your use at this pet friendly Hilton Head Island home. There is an open kitchen with granite counter tops, great room featuring a cast-stone gas fireplace with custom bookcases on each side and a dining room overlooking the lagoon with fountain at the main level, where you'll find saturina floors and 10 foot high ceilings. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with queen size bed and his-and-her chaise lounges while our second floor comprises of two master bedrooms. The third floor bedroom features 2 bunk beds with trundles, which are best for children or a couple of adults. All our bedrooms are well equipped with entertainment facilities and can sleep up to 12 comfortably.
