China Doll Country

China Doll Country (or CDC for short) has its own style, its own great location just north of downtown Chicago, and its own way of making you want to return again and again. And as a complete home with more amenities than most hotels and bed-and-breakfasts, CDC is an economical way to treat yourself to the best while you're traveling.

We've decorated each unit in a style reminiscent of a Chinese country estate. Every room is efficient but friendly, meticulously clean yet warm and inviting. The sunlit rooms have been carefully arranged by hostess Yanan Haring with radiant colors and tasteful artwork and crafts, to achieve the welcoming atmosphere of her favorite homes in her native China. We are pleased to offer three different units, each with its own charms. We hope you'll be back to enjoy all three! Each unit has a master bedroom with queen-size bed, an optional second bedroom with full-size bed, a queen-size futon, and queen-size aerobeds on request, so that up to six guests can sleep in up to five separate sleeping areas in each unit. Great for families and larger groups lodging together!
