PHONES: You can make as many local calls as you wish. All calls placed on the Big Island are considered local calls. Long distance calls will only permit in the United State of America. International call will not accepted unless if used a calling card.
NON -SMOKING: All vacation rentals are non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted inside. Outside smoking is permitted at 20' away from the house ( Hawaii state law ) but please do not litter. Pets are not allow.
Supply: Confirmed guests will receive a detailed list of property amenities prior to arrival. Generally, we supply all towels, quality linens, pillows, blankets, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, TVs, VCRs, DVD, games and movies for kids, books, cable T.V.
