Bush House is surrounded by mature pines and maples providing shade and privacy. This beautiful country home was built in the mid 1800's by an ancestor of the owner. Part log, this vacation hideaway offers old fashioned country living in the form of 5 roomy bedrooms, 3 with fireplaces. Both full baths are on the main floor. The fully furnished kitchen has everything needed to prepare a special meal. There is a laundry room just off the kitchen. Outside the kitchen-dining area you will find a large deck with seating under a grand maple tree. Bush House is a place to experience, a place to be. Bush House layout: Bush House has five bedrooms. We rent the whole house but base the rate on nights/ number of bedrooms used. Minimum reservation is 2 bedrooms / two nights. Three main floor bedrooms (red, blue and yellow) have queen size beds and sleep two adults each. Both full size bathrooms are on main floor. Upstairs, the green bedroom has a queen size and a twin bed sleeping for three adults. The pink bedroom upstairs has two twin beds sleeping two adults. All bedrooms are generous in size and 3 have fireplaces. All bedrooms are air conditioned. Call or email for quote to suit your situation.
Outside Bush House: Step outside the kitchen - dining room and find a large, two level deck under a grand maple tree. Comfortable seating is available. Listen quietly and you hear the living countryside, beginning with birds and cattle and perhaps a far away tractor grumbling through a ploughed field. The owners live behind Bush House providing an additional 40 acres of hiking trails and birds.
