Also on the property is an outdoor pool, playground area, laundry facilities, and a dock with a paddle boat and canoe for rent.
Hillcrest is a floating timeshare, which means our
owners are not bound by the week they own. This
means that they could come their own week or notify
us with an alternative week they would like to use.
Our resort is located on the edge of Abita Springs,
Louisiana. It consists of nineteen condo units situated
by Lake Hillcrest, a man-made lake several acres in size,
and nestled among sprawling oak trees.
It is owned and operated by the Property Owners'
Association with an elected Board operating on their
behalf.
