The Milowai Maalaea is a 42 unit complex, located in Maalaea Village on the south shore of Maui. Our unit is direct oceanfront and has incredible views of Haleakala, the southern end of the island (including Kihei Town, Wailea, Makena, Molokini and Kahoolawe islands). We are only 200 yards from the Maalaea Harbor and the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium. You can walk to snorkel, sunset, and whale-watching cruises, as well as, fishing charters. The Milowai Maalaea is also home of the world famous Maalaea Waterfront restaurant which has the designation of a 5 star restaurant for the whole state of Hawaii.
The Milowai Maalaea complex is a direct oceanfront complex on a reef. You can swim, snorkel, and surf directly in front of our unit. Our complex is as close to the ocean as you can get on Maui. There is a pool between the building and the ocean which is surrounded by a grassy area for lounging next to the ocean. The pool is about 15 feet from the oceans edge. The sandy beach starts about 300 yards down the road from the Milowai Maalaea and continues as an uninterrupted beautiful beach for 5 miles (without any buildings or obstructions). You can walk down the beach from Maalaea beach all the way to Sugar Beach and Kamaole Beach in Kihei.
