Welcome to Woodland Pointe! Built in 2005, guests will enjoy every amenity of a fine home while still relaxing in the peaceful surroundings of Holmes Bay.
The house is situated on 7 wooded acres and enjoys 650 feet of shorefront. Ocean breezes, sunsets and starry nights abound.
The house has a large great room with two separate seating areas. You can enjoy beautiful views of Holmes Bay, sunrises, sunsets, wildlife and the rest of the wonderful surroundings from inside or from the large deck out back.
With crisp, clean air, fresh spring water, and not a car on the road nor plane in the sky, you will be hard-pressed NOT to find enjoyment at Woodland Pointe.
There are three large bedrooms (2 queens and 1 king). The two upstairs bedrooms have twin beds in the window seats if you need a little extra space. Additionally there is a queen sleeper sofa in the great room. There are two full bathrooms, including a whirlpool tub in the upstairs bathroom.
