Traditional style New England Vacation Cottage (Number Three) is located on an 11 acre site overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. A private screened-in porch leads to a cozy pine-paneled cottage with a full kitchen with refrigerator, range, microwave, dishware, and cooking utensils. The Seagull complex features two full size heated pools, a children's wading pool, and hot tub. Located on US Route 1 (1413 Post Road) between the resort towns of Ogunquit and Kennebunkport, we are less than a mile from Well's Beach.

# NORTHBOUND - (From Logan Airport, Boston, MA, New York, NY)
1. Take Route 95 North to Maine
2. Continue on Route 95 North, which will become the Maine Turnpike
3. Take Exit 19 (Wells Exit, Formerly Exit 2) off the Maine Turnpike.
4. When you get off the exit, turn left on Route 109 towards Wells. Follow Route 109 to the end.
5. At the traffic light, turn right on Route 1, South.
6. The Seagull Inn and Condominiums is 1/3 mile on the left.
# SOUTHBOUND - (From Portland Jetport, Portland, ME, Canada)
1. Take the Maine Turnpike South.
2. Take Exit 19 (formally Exit 2 for Wells and Sanford) off the Maine Turnpike
3. Turn left on Route 109 toward Wells. Follow Route 109 to the end.
4. At the traffic light, turn right on Route 1, South.
6. The Seagull Inn and Condominiums is 1/3 mile on the left. |
