SURFSIDE 1-bedroom oceanfront has queen-size bedroom with TV, and very comfortable daybed with trundle in living room, TV/VCR/DVD, Stereo/CD Player, phone w/ answering machine, fully furnished kitchen w/ microwave, coffeemaker--even a blender for making those onolicious Hawaiian fruit smoothies--and full-sized appliances, all linens including beach towels, ceiling fans, stand fan, hair dryer, cooler, boogie boards, beach chairs/mat, AC available for limited use in living room.
2 pools plus a kiddie pool, poolside BBQ area, coin-operated washer & dryer on premises, and free secured parking.
No lanai.
Some of the beach in front of the complex is rocky, but there is very nice sandy beach lagoon right in front of our unit !
The Surfside is NOT a luxury building, but our unit is RENOVATED and sparkling clean with rates hard to beat. So if you are looking for budget accommodations and prefer to spend your money on other things while you're enjoying our island, the Surfside is just what you need.
