Guest house located on private estate, private road. One of the few locations that both sunrises and sunset can be observed over the water. Large cottage with full kitchen, breakfast bar, loft w/King size bed and private landing. Enjoy the cozy day bed that serves as a perfect surf look out. rates do not reflect city tax of 12%
