Main house has two bedrooms on 2nd floor with an additional 2 foldout couches in spacious sitting area overlooking Cape Cod Bay. Guest cottage has queen futon w/ inner spring mattress, folding cot and kitchen/dining area. Some beach chairs, umbrellas, toys provided. High-speed internet and cable television. Linens available.
