The sunny, comfortably furnished and well maintained house make sleeps 7. The kitchen is modern, and fully equipped incuding spices and other essentals. The shaded, landscaped, private back yard features a patio, patio furniture, picnic table, gas and charcoal grills with an enclosed roomy Outdoor Shower.
The generously sized open concept living area, living room, dining area and kitchen are arranged around the fire place.
The Master Bedroom features a queen size bed, the Twin Bedroom, 2 twin beds and a crib (Pack-N-Play), the Bunk Bedroom, a full on bottom, twin on top bunk bed. The master bedroom and dining area open onto the patio.
Remembering what we wished was supplied when we were \'\'renters,\'\' we provide the following “essentials:” all bed linens, towels, face cloths, etc., toilet paper, spices, sandwich bags, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, complete laundry and dishwasher supplies, Gas grill, Charcoal Grill including the charcoal and charcoal lighter, grill utensils, large lobster pot/steamer and a smaller shell fish steamer with gas burner, iron, ironing board, 2 cribs (Pack-N-Play,) high chair, 3 TV\'s hooked up to cable, One has built in DVD and VCR players, one other has Comcast \'\'On-Demand,\'\' and a DVD player, wireless or wire high speed internet, and long distance domestic phone service.
We also supply beach towels, beach chairs (at least 3 adult and 2 kids,) 2 beach mats, a few kids beach toys, 2 dip nets and a beach umbrella. For the rare summer night when the breeze is absent, 5 fans.
