Here on the outer cape it is the least crowded and has the most beaches. The bay beaches (calm, warm water, large tide changes) and ocean beaches (cold and strong surf) are only about 2 miles apart. The home features a large country kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and a full bath downstairs and a large room (24’ x 24’) upstairs with ½ bath with 3 beds. It's on a ½ acre with the bike trail right next to home and there's 3 fresh water lakes nearby-Great Pond with lifeguards. Long/Depot Pond with secret private beach 100 yards from the home; and Jemima Pond for fishing, wading. At the end of Samoset is the best ocean Bay beach - First Encounter Bay Beach. A 1/2 mile bike ride leads to the Cape Cod National Seashore Visitor center with bike and walking trails .
