It has two bedrooms on the main floor. One has twin beds and the other has a double. There is a full bath between them. The bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are two portable window fans that are normally used in the living room and the upstairs bedrooms. Off of the living room is a tiny sun porch with a daybed and a table with a lamp. It has windows on three sides. The living room has a TV with cable and a VCR/ DVD combination. The upstairs is one large room and has a set of twin beds and a double bed.
It has a TV with cable and a VCR. The kitchen is small but well equipped. It has a refrigerator with an icemaker, a gas stove, microwave, automatic coffee pot, toaster, and a blender. We try to keep our spice cabinet up to date for your cooking convenience. The kitchen table seats six but we have two tables on the screened porch off the kitchen and one on the deck. Also on the deck is a gas grill with an extra burner. The basement has a washer and a dryer and a side-by-side refrigerator. It also has a bath with a shower. There is an after swim shower at the door of the basement.
The house is ocean front on a bluff overlooking Cape Cod Bay. There are 60 steps to the beach. No smoking or pets allowed.
