The "Nautical House" is a 1-½ story, 15-year-old Cape. A Queen size bed and a twin bed are upstairs, 2 twin bunk beds and queen bed downstairs. This home is fully equipped with dishes/utensils, BBQ grille, big screen satellite TV, VCR, stereo, fireplace, washer/dryer, telephone, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. Guests must bring their own sheets, pillowcases and towels. NO SMOKING; NO PETS; NO EXCEPTIONS.
