Our Cozy Cape Cod Cottage is located on Seacoast Shores peninsula, on a very quiet street, ovelooking salt water river and Washburn Island. It has been recently remodeled and features 2 bedrooms, nice kitchen, 1 bath, living room with fireplace, breakfast den and large back yard. Kitchen is fully equipped, washer and dryer at the property. Association beach is within walking distance (about 1/2 mile) and several public beaches are located in 4-8 miles radius. Downtown Falmouth with many beatiful shops, butiques, restaurants and bars is about 15 minutes away. Ferry to Martha's Vineyard departs from Falmouth Harbour or Woods Hole, not too far from the cottage. Kayak rental place is right around the corner, bike and roller skates paths are many, beaches are beautiful and there is always something to do in Falmouth or in other towns of Cape Cod. Among main attractions easily accessible from Falmouth are Plymoth Plantation, Provincetown, Hyannis and of course Boston.
