This tastefully decorated Cape Cod style House with a large backyard, close to Nantucket Sound beaches - warmest waters on the Cape is a beautiful vacation spot for the entire family!
Our Hyannis cottage has 3 sparkling and well-appointed bedrooms (1 king, 2 twin beds and a pullout queen size sofa), an updated kitchen with all the modern appliances and a great living room with a fireplace and an oversize window.
The beds are made up with crisp fresh high quality linen - we supply it at no cost.
There is a new LCD Flat screen TV set, VCR/DVD player, books and games in the living room. Wireless Internet Access is free. Read, play games ( 2 air hockey tables, Ping-Pong, TV set and PlayStation Nintendo), cook in our well appliances kitchen or on the barbecue grill!
There's a hot/cold outdoor shower for a quick rinse after the beach.
Hyannis Cottage is conveniently located to 4 beautiful Nantucket Sound beaches. Less than 7-minute drive and you are at Kalmus, Veteran’s, Orrin Keyes, or Craigville beach. You can explore all 16 beaches in Barnstable with the BEACH PASS we provide. To make you beach time more enjoyable, we provide beach towels, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs.
When you are not on a beach, take advantage of many fun activities this part of the Cape is known for. Enjoy a pleasant walk to all of the excitement, shops and restaurants Hyannis has to offer. Sample ice cream (or frozen custard!), learn more about American history in JFK Museum and Library, pop in to an amusement center for a game, or enjoy dining and music in one of the many renown restaurants on Main Street.
A leisurely bike ride through this area is perhaps the best way to see some of the most impressive seaside mansions on the Cape. We provide two bikes free of charge.
